Một học sinh Việt Nam lọt top điểm cao nhất kỳ thi HSC khóa 2017 tại NSW
Khoảng thời gian chờ đợi đối với 77,000 học sinh Năm 12 tại NSW cuối cùng đã qua khi điểm thi HSC đã được công bố. Và có 1 học sinh Việt Nam đã giành được vị trí trong nhóm những học sinh hàng đầu.

Kết quả của kỳ thi HSC (Higher School Certificate – Tốt nghiệp trung học) lần thứ 50 đã được công bố vào 6h sáng thứ Năm thông qua tin nhắn văn bản, email và trang trực tuyến.
Vào hôm thứ Tư, 120 học sinh đạt điểm cao nhất của 114 khóa học HSC đã được Thủ hiến NSW gửi lời chúc mừng.
Trong số họ có học sinh Năm 11 John Bivell từ trường Fort Street High ở tây Sydney, và Serena Gao từ trường Smith's High School ở Wollongong.
Danny Yu tới từ Sydney Boys High School nhận được điểm hóa cao nhất trên toàn tiểu bang và Ellie May Taylor từ Loreto Kirribilli giành điểm cao nhất môn kịch nói.
Một bạn học sinh người Việt, Minh Thuan Tran tới từ trường Tempe High School, đã giành điểm cao nhất của khóa học Vietnamese Continuers.
